V50: Automatic consultation slots for active providers.
Default Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, one-hour slots, next 14 days.
Booking page and availability API replenish automatically.
Staff-created and disabled slots remain untouched. No providers are invented.
Set TELEHEALTH_AUTO_SLOTS_ENABLED=False in Django settings to disable.

IMPORTANT: Confirm clinician consent and working hours before production deployment.
No migrations. Django runtime and real browser verification not performed.
